On another note - I'm awfully surprised that 55% of your respondents so far like season 2 better than season 1. I would have agree up until the last several eps. Especially the lacklustre finale.

Anyway, I don't think Season 2 compares to Season 1 at all. Too much supernatural stuff going on. I know that's what the books are about, but I starting this all by watching the show. Vampires were one thing, but it seems to be endless with all these creatures.

True blood is all about supernatural things as vampire is something which is not normal and comes under supernatural category. And as par as Season 2 is concerned it is way better than season 1 though season 1 is also very good but season 2 is exceptional. i loved it so much that i am looking forward to download True Blood season 2
